West Indian Style Curried Goat

Ingredients
2 lbs bone-in goat meat(cubed)
juice from 1 lime
6 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp cilantro (aka. bandanya)
4 pimento peppers
1 Scotch-bonnet pepper (optional but better with :))
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 medium onion
1 tsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp green onions (aka. chive)
1 tsp roasted ground cumin (aka. Geera)
2 tbsp Spicy curry
2 tbsp Mild curry
Preparation
Finely mince all garlic, onions and peppers and other fresh herbs. Wash goat meat in lime water solution, rinse and drain well.Combine all ingredients and marinade for 4 hrs to overnight in refrigerator. Place seasoned meat in covered slow cooker for two hrs on high. Stir once ever 30 mins. Serve over steamed rice.
